Founders and ops leaders at companies of roughly 10 to 100 people. Pre-People-team. Beyond ‘we’ll figure it out.’ If you’re bigger than that, you probably need an in-house Head of People; I can help you find one.

04Do you do project work outside the framework?

Sometimes. A comp-band project, a manager training rollout, an integration after an acquisition. Email and we’ll talk.

05How does pricing work for fractional retainers?
